Summary:
A group project was commissioned by the UK’s leading communication company BT, to come up with a creative way to improve a home’s internet infrastructure.
Aim:
To improve BT’s internet service for users in the UK. Current improvements need to be made to BT’s poor customer service, unbalanced Wi-Fi strength and complicated diagnostic settings. An innovative system was designed to improve customer satisfaction.

Hero will then be able to see who needs help.
Choose the one near him and start a conversation.


When working as BT Hero, you receive certain amount of points per problem solved. This will allow the Hero to purchase anything on the market as a reward from BT.
In the menu page, hero will have an option to see various categories.
